Zodac sells digital products, so no physical products are shipped. Your purchase is delivered electronically through Shopify's digital product delivery system.

HOW YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT

After your payment is successfully completed:

✓ Your digital product is prepared automatically
✓ A download/access link is sent to the email address used during checkout
✓ If enabled for the product, the download option may also appear on the order confirmation page
✓ You can use the provided link to download your purchased files or access the digital product

Most digital orders are delivered automatically shortly after successful payment.

If you don't see your access email immediately, please check your:

• Inbox
• Spam/Junk folder
• Promotions folder

Please also make sure that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

IF YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT

If you have completed your payment but cannot find your download or access link, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Please provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase so that we can locate your order quickly.
